Beaphar Flea and Tick Collar for Cats – 35 cm, Purple
Composition: Diazinon – 15%. Color: Purple.
Indications: For kittens older than 6 months to eliminate fleas, lice, hair lice, and ixodid ticks, and to protect animals from their attacks.
Application: After opening the package, unfold the collar and place it around the animal’s neck, adjusting it so that there is a gap of 1.0 – 1.5 cm between the neck and the collar. Secure it with the fastener and cut off any excess tape. Continuous wearing of the Beaphar collar provides insecticidal and acaricidal protection for 5 months against insects and at least 2.5 months against ixodid ticks. Begins to be effective within 5 – 7 days of initial application.
Contraindications: Do not use on animals suffering from infectious diseases or recovering animals, nursing or pregnant cats. Do not use in conjunction with other insecticidal products. Not for use on kittens under 6 months of age.
Side Effects: Side effects and complications with the use of the Beaphar flea and tick collar for cats, according to this instruction, are generally not observed. In cases of increased individual sensitivity of the animal to diazinon, individual reactions may occur (excessive salivation, tearing, signs of skin irritation). In such cases, discontinue use of the collar, wash the animal with soap, rinse the fur with plenty of running water, and if necessary, administer antihistamines and symptomatic treatments.
Storage Conditions: Store in the original sealed packaging in a dry place protected from direct sunlight, separately from food products and feeds, at temperatures from 5°C to 30°C.
